May you eventually find light. xThis is the image that started off my silver dappled obsession, ironically enough one of the last images to be uploaded. The reason behind this being that way back when in the beginning of February I had this amazing idea for an image (what you see above) but absolutely no creative muse to carry it out! @_@ I had a total mind break-down and ended up shoving this aside for weeks, until I was watching Bones just yesterday and the best of bestest songs came on; and it just sprung at me... I've been working on it since! (and I am shattered!) The point behind this image and the song used for it, is simply, the horse is blind or his eyes have been damaged beyond repair so he's bandaged to stop infection. He cannot see a thing, using his other senses to guide him, he can still run but stumbles often, knowing in the back of his mind that he will never know true freedom again; never be able to run unhindered. The loss of his sight has made him come to realise that creatures who have the ability to do what is natural without the force of change should be free; something that he wishes more than ever. He's teetering on the edge of the cliff, smothered by the clouds, his next step could be his last; but he has yet to realise that he is touching the edge of the world. And as he releases the birds into the sky and their freedom from being caged, he is welcomed into heaven, whole and new... With Peace  (I hope that I don't have to regret not watermarking this big and bright across the horse!
