This is probably late, and not needed, but I think HL should get rid of the graphics side of the game altogether. Sure, it would piss of a hell of alot of people, but come on, this is crime.

Premium status is available to anyone with $30 in their bank account - I've seen premis with stolen art banned. That wont stop it either.
