ix. NaNoWriMo & bugs?

Is anyone else getting an extreme amount of notage from people who have been banned sending spam? This morning, I had like 10 messages in my box! Does dA have a bot or a bug or something?

NaNoWriMo or National Novel Writing Month. I don't know who's heard of it or if anyone is taking part in it. But my friend passed it on to me about a month ago now, and I thought I had an idea for a story, or novel if you like. But November has fallen into one big gloop and I completely forgot that its this month; so I have nothing but an idea and no time to write it! As far as I know, my friend already has 3,000 words to hers, which is good, she has much more of a love for it than I do. However, I kinda feel guilty for not having a go at this; I mean its something to be proud of and instead its another thing I've failed to notice in the last couple of years. So I'm going to enter next year. I'm actually going to think of an idea and build it from there and then be proud at the end of 10,000 words that I wrote the equivalent of a novel.
In the meantime; please check out the link, its a pretty cool site and I think its worth it. You never know.. you might have something worth publishing! ^^

I was going to Nano this year, just like I was going to last year, and the year before. But alas, I'm too busy and I have good ideas. Lol.

Well, actually, I did have an idea this year, but I'd already started writing it and it was going nowhere, and I didn't want to start over. >.>

I've been meaning to do NaNoWriMo for years, but I never have the time. So I've decided that I might do mine during December this year, when I might actually have some time. I just want to be able to say I did it. =]

I'm doing NaNo this year! And failing terribly, as this has been just about the worst week in my entire school career... anyway, I'm at about, oh, 700 words?

It's fun, and I'd love to see your writing! Maybe write something this month anyways ;].
